Creamy Vanilla Coffee
Total TimePrep/Total Time: 10 min.
- 1/3 cup ground coffee
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2-1/2 cups 2% milk
- Place ground coffee in the coffee filter of a drip coffeemaker. Add water; brew according to manufacturer's directions.
- In a small bowl, combine sugar and dry pudding mix. Stir in milk and coffee. Chill until serving.

I love coffee, and this was a great coffee beverage. I believe you need to start with good coffee, and I did use my favorite ground coffee. I used stevia instead of sugar, and it was perfect. I'll make it many more times.

This is the best iced coffees I've made. I used splenda instead of sugar, and used half the amount since I normally don't use sugar in my coffee. It's so creamy and nice. I think I'm going to try it with chocolate pudding as well.

I have made this recipe alot. It is one of the best recipies for ice coffee that I have found. I use about half the sugar as it is too sweet for me with 1/4 cup. Awesome on these hot 90 degree days!!

This was very sweet! I think I would love it if I drank it chilled as the recipe is written. I was out of my french vanilla coffee creamer this morning and needed my coffee!!! So I so I found this recipe and tried it. I ended up adding a lot more coffee and drank it hot. It was very good!
