Creamy Chicken Casserole

Sarah Larson only needs four items for this comforting meal-in-one. "If you'd like, add chopped broccoli to the rice for color," she writes from La Farge, Wisconsin. "It's fast enough for weeknights yet tasty enough for company."

Added 1/2 cup of cheddar. Tasty but kind of blah. Easy recipe!

It needs more flavor. I added cheese and that wasn't enough.

We love this meal. It's really easy to make, and I use rotisserie chicken. For earlier question, I use Rice a Roni. It's the only rice mix that was the right size pkg.
