Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 3 medium tart apples, peeled and diced

Directions

In a bowl, whip cream until soft peaks form. Add sugar; continue beating until stiff peaks form. Fold in the apples. Yield: 6-8 servings.

"Added soome cinnamon to give it some extra yummy flavor....super eays and very tasty!!! Bet it would be good with chocolate/butterscotch chips, too!"

"I added about 3 tablespoons of dried fruit to this to add a little different bite. Very simple but tasty recipe."
