Cranberry-Walnut Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 3-1/2 cups water
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups quick-cooking oats
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon-sugar
  • 1/2 cup whole-berry cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts, toasted

Directions

  • 1. In a large saucepan, bring water and salt to a boil. Stir in oats. Cook 1 minute over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  • 2. Remove from heat; stir in sugar and vanilla. Top servings with cinnamon-sugar, cranberry sauce and walnuts.
