These cranberry feta pinwheels come together in minutes and deliver bold flavor in every bite—no baking, toothpicks or fuss required.

Cranberry feta pinwheels hit all the right notes: creamy, salty, tangy, sweet. The whipped cream cheese gives the filling its plush texture, while crumbled feta adds a briny sharpness that doesn’t hold back. Dried cranberries bring chewy pops of tart-sweet flavor, and chopped green onions cut through the richness with a clean, peppery edge. The filling is then spread on soft flour tortillas that are rolled into tight spirals. Wrap the rolls in storage wrap, then refrigerate them for at least one hour.

How to Store Cranberry Feta Pinwheels

Store leftover cranberry feta pinwheels in a food storage container in the refrigerator. They’ll stay fresh for up to three days. To keep the tortillas from drying out, press a piece of waxed paper or parchment directly against the cut sides before sealing the container.
