Reviews forCranberry Cream Cheese Spread
"I followed the recipe exactly and found it very bland, tried adding more orange zest to give it some flavor but even that didn't help so then I added some fresh orange juice which made it easier to mix but still didn't help with the (lack of) flavor. Pretty, but oh so bland!"
"Made this but used dried mango instead of apricots and a little orange juice instead of orange peel. It was good and something a little different. Great with slightly salty pretzel crisps. Might also be good with dried pineapple. Make sure to let sit at room temp for 30 minutes so that it is more spreadable."
"Apparently, I thought this spread was better than my guests did. No compliments and no second helpings. It was not as tasty as I thought it would be."
"Added the juice of an orage to this as well - everyone loved it. It kept for days, just getting better and better!"
"Delicious. We love cranberries so this one is a keeper for sure."
"The first time I made per recipe. Now I add 1/4 c. blue cheese crumbles and roll cheeseball in toasted English walnuts. We like it both ways."
"WOW........This one made the whole crowdbeg for the recipe and they could not believehow easy & simple it is to make!!!"
"yeah, why is that? ive noticed that on other recipes!"
"Made this yesterday, served it today and it was a HUGE hit! It has just the perfect contrast of sweet and savory. DELICIOUS! (We had to portion out what little was leftover to that we could all take some home.)"
"I made it and served it at work. I put it into tiny bite size phylo cups. went over like gang busters."
