Cran-Blueberry Smoothies Recipe

Have a lot to do before your brunch guests arrive? Don’t worry! This yummy purple drink is best when made at the last minute. —Lisa Lindsay, Baton Rouge, Louisiana
TOTAL TIME: Prep/Total Time: 5 min. YIELD:3 servings


  • 1 cup frozen cranberries
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen unsweetened blueberries
  • 1 medium banana, cut up
  • 1/2 cup 2% milk
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey


  • 1. Place all ingredients in a blender; cover and process until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately. Yield: 3 servings.

"I made this recipe this morning...New Years resolutions, you know. I made two alternations: one being the flavor of yogurt, as I didn't have vanilla, and the second was adding some ice cubes.

The smoothie was delicious! As a matter of preference, I blended the ingredients a little longer so the smoothie wasn't quite so thick"
