- 1 cup frozen cranberries
- 1 cup fresh or frozen unsweetened blueberries
- 1 medium banana, cut up
- 1/2 cup 2% milk
- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Place all ingredients in a blender; cover and process until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately.

I made this recipe this morning...New Years resolutions, you know. I made two alternations: one being the flavor of yogurt, as I didn't have vanilla, and the second was adding some ice cubes.The smoothie was delicious! As a matter of preference, I blended the ingredients a little longer so the smoothie wasn't quite so thick
