Cran-Blueberry Smoothies

  • 1 cup frozen cranberries
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen unsweetened blueberries
  • 1 medium banana, cut up
  • 1/2 cup 2% milk
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey


  • Place all ingredients in a blender; cover and process until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately.
