Cran-Apple Baked Oatmeal
TOTAL TIME: Prep: 15 min. Bake: 30 min.
YIELD: 12 servings.
Put leftover cranberries, apples and walnuts to good use in this baked oatmeal recipe. I like to serve it at my church’s breakfast potlucks. If you prefer blueberries over cranberries, feel free to use them instead. —Sharon Gerst, North Liberty, Iowa
