This is a very festive-looking accompaniment to any holiday meal—and it's especially pretty with a Christmas buffet. I usually serve it on a cranberry-colored glass serving plate. We were first treated to Russian Creme by a "welcoming family" when we became members of our church. Since then, it's become a holiday tradition in our household.
I love the sweet-salty flavor of this pretty layered dessert. Sliced strawberries and gelatin top a smooth cream cheese filling and crispy pretzel crust. I think it's best when eaten within a day of being made.
The mold I'd used to make Jell-O treats at Easter inspired me to include these unusual fun green "dinosaur eggs" on the party lunch menu. Instant pudding and cinnamon give the eggs a creamy look with speckles.

As light and pleasant as a summer breeze - that's how I would describe this sunny salad. With oranges, grapes and pineapple peeking out of every spoonful, it's a fun, fruity addition to any meal.

This berry-filled salad may take some time to prepare, but one taste and you'll agree it's worth the extra effort. I treat family and friends to this dish on special occasions. —Linda Goulet, Hadley, Massachusetts
For a refreshing change from the usual birthday cake, flavor your party with this "fruitful" favorite! Since the treat is so easy to prepare, you'll likely want to serve it for other occasions...or even any day at all!—Taste of Home Test Kitchen, Greendale, Wisconsin
