Ride a wave of approval when you serve this freshing berry-flavored beverage. Kids will love its pastel blue color and sea-foamy consistency...and with just three simple ingredients, it's a breeze to whip up in the blender.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups cold milk
  • 2 packages (3 ounces each) berry blue gelatin
  • 4 cups vanilla ice cream

Directions

In a blender, combine 2 cups of milk, one package of gelatin and 2 cups of ice cream. Cover and process for 30 seconds or until smooth. Repeat. Pour into glasses; serve immediately. Yield: 6 servings.

"I tried this rasberry gelatin in stead of berry blue gelatin and it tasted great. Everyone in my family loves it. I'm ready to go out and buy some other flavors of gelatin to try."
