  • 1/2 cup undrained canned crushed pineapple
  • 2 tablespoons lime gelatin
  • 1/4 cup 4% cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup whipped topping


  1. In a small saucepan, bring pineapple to a boil. Remove from the heat and stir in gelatin until dissolved. Cool to room temperature. Stir in cottage cheese and whipped topping. Chill until set.
