My 4 boys will eat anything that "hides" those pesky green vegetables. This dish is perfect for just that!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole grain spiral noodles
  • 1 large can albacore tuna
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 low sodium (no msg) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 tsp. dried onion flakes
  • 1 small head broccoli
  • 1/2 cup parmasean cheese

Directions

Chop broccoli with hand chopper into minced pieces. In large pan combine soup, water, tuna, broccoli, noodles, and onion. Cover and simmer on low for 15 minutes. Add milk and cheese, stirring to combine, until melted and heated through. Serve. Yield: serves 4
Notes: You can also make your own cream of mushroom soup.
