Herbed Eye Round Roast

TOTAL TIME: Prep: 10 min. Cook: 60 min. YIELD: 3 servings
Made successful gravy with these herbs, so they make the roast taste very good, also.

Ingredients

1 (2 lb.) boneless beef eye roast
1/2 t. onion powder
1 t. beef boullion granules
1 t. marjoram, crushed
1 t. garlic powder
1 t. dried parsley flakes

Directions

Mix herbs, boullion, powder and parsley in a container. Pour some into a custard cup. Rub over roast in the morning, leave in fridge until 1/2 hour before removing. Spray the Flavorwave rack and put roast in cooker. Cook 18 min. per lb. and check doneness. May need 10 minutes more.
