2 Bananas
1 cup Strawberries
1/2 cup Blueberries
3-4 tbsp Frozen Concentrated Cranberry Juice
1/2 cup Oats
1 cup Low Fat Milk
1 cup Vanilla Yogurt
1 cup Crushed Ice
Slice the bananas and strawberries in to smaller pieces for better blending. Place all ingredients in to a smoothie maker or blender. Blend for at least two minutes, until all ingredients are completely blended.
Pour smoothie in to 4 glasses and serve immediately.
