2 ripe bananas
2 eggs
½ cup vegetable oil
¼ cup sour milk (add ½ tsp vinegar to milk)
1 tsp vanilla
1 ¾ cups flour
1 ½ cups sugar
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 cup chopped walnuts
Put bananas in a large bowl. With electric mixer, mash and beat until mushy. Add eggs, oil, sour milk, and vanilla and mix. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Fold in nuts. Pour into a greased and floured 9x5x3 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean when inserted into middle of bread.
