This is an amazing recipe on the grill for a small group or large party. The garlic turns sweet and adds an amazing flavor to the steak. It's a great flavor alternative to regular grilled steaks.
- 40 cloves of garlic peeled
- 1 3-4 pound seven blade steak
- 1/2 cup worchestershire sauce
- 1/4 melted butter
- salt & pepper to taste
- Slice 40 small cuts into the steak on both sides. Insert a garlic clove into each slit. Marinate the steak in the worchestershire sauce for 12 hours. Drain. Rub with kelted butter, and season with salt and pepper. Grill to your preferred level of doneness. Yield: serves 4
