  • 2 quarts cold 2% or whole milk
  • 1 cup Eclipse coffee syrup


  • 1. In a large pitcher, mix milk and coffee syrup until blended. Yield: 8 servings (about 1 cup each).

Recipe Note

To make your own coffee milk syrup: Brew 1/2 cup finely ground coffee with 2 cups cold water in a coffeemaker. Combine brewed coffee and 1 cup sugar in a saucepan; simmer until reduced by half, about 30 minutes. Refrigerate until cold or up to 2 weeks. Use as directed. Yield: 1 cup syrup

"I couldn't find the syrup so I made my own. I don't think it reduced by half after the 30 minutes of simmering because I ended up with 2 cups of coffee syrup. I just added all of it to 2 quarts of skim milk and it's delicious!"
