Cinnamon Toast Granola
I came up with this granola recipe by simply combining nutritious ingredients and flavors my family loves. Everybody loves the way the house smells when it's baking and they can hardly wait 'til it's cooled to get a handful! We enjoy it for breakfast, especially as a topping for fruit and yogurt. It has been the perfect snack on countless hikes and road trips and the perfect holiday and hostess gift. When I share with my neighbors they act like I'm giving them gold! I'm happy to share because it's easy and nutritious and they're happy because it's delicious! * Let the parchment paper edges stick up above the rim. ** Don't worry about the cinnamon that doesn't coat the oats and nuts. When the honey and oil mixture is added it will pick up the extra cinnamon.
Total TimePrep: 10 min. Bake: 35 min. + cooling
