  • 4 quarts (16 cups) popped popcorn
  • 1 cup butter, cubed
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon


  1. Preheat oven to 300°. Place popcorn in a large bowl. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the butter, sugar and cinnamon. Microwave on high for 45 seconds; stir. Microwave until the butter is melted, 45 seconds longer. Pour over popcorn and toss to coat.
  2. Transfer to two greased 15x10x1-in. baking pans. Bake, uncovered, 10 minutes. Cool. Store in an airtight container.
