Cinnamon Graham Sundaes

- 10 whole cinnamon graham crackers
- 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
- 3 tablespoon honey
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- For each serving, place two graham cracker squares on a plate. Top with a scoop of ice cream and drizzle with honey. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

Since this was on the same page as the taco soup I was making and I had all the ingredients I made this quick easy dessert to go with my soup. It was very good, the only change I would make next time is I would slightly crush my graham crackers and put some on the bottom and some on top. My husband had to add a maraschino since he said all sundaes needed one!
