Cinnamon Applesauce Pancakes

These applesauce pancakes are so good, you just might skip the syrup. They were created for Christmas morning but have since wowed folks at church breakfasts as well as family and friends. The cinnamon is a delightful touch. —Richard DeVore, Gibsonburg, Ohio

Matde this morning for our families breakfast today. They were so easy to make, and were full of flavor. I definitely will add this to my rotation for breakfast menu items. Thanks for sharing such a great recipe! ??????????

Pancakes are always a treat at our house, and this recipe was easy to tweak to use up my half pint jars of apple butter. I omit the cinnamon and applesauce and sub in apple butter (or any flavor of fruit butter would work).
