Cilantro Salad Dressing Recipe
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise
- 3 to 6 drops hot pepper sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves
- 1. Place all ingredients in a blender; cover and process until blended. Refrigerate, covered, until serving. Yield: about 1/2 cup.
2 tablespoons: 18 calories, 0 fat (0 saturated fat), 1mg cholesterol, 298mg sodium, 4g carbohydrate (2g sugars, 0 fiber), 1g protein.
