This speedy cabbage dish picks up nice flavor from the onion and soy sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cups shredded Chinese or Napa cabbage
  • 1/2 cup sliced celery
  • 1/3 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • Dash pepper
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons soy sauce

Directions

In a small skillet, saute the cabbage, celery and onion in oil for 4-5 minutes or until crisp-tender. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and soy sauce. Yield: 1-2 servings.

"Next time I make this I will add more cabbage. It really cooked down and I think it could use more. Otherwise it was very nice."
