Chili-Spiced Pork Chops

3/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs

3 tablespoons chili powder

1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt

1 large egg

1/4 cup fat-free milk

6 boneless pork ribeye chops (6 ounces each, 1 inch thick)
Directions

Preheat oven to 375°. In a shallow bowl, combine bread crumbs, chili powder and seasoned salt. In another shallow bowl, combine egg and milk. Dip chops into egg mixture, then coat with crumb mixture.

Transfer to a 15x10x1-in. baking pan coated with cooking spray. Bake 15-20 minutes or until a thermometer reads 145°. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
