Chili For Two

Ingredients

1/4 pound ground beef

1/4 cup chopped onion

1 garlic clove, minced

1 can (16 ounces) chili beans, undrained

1 can (14-1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained

1-1/2 teaspoons chili powder

1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

Optional: Sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese and chopped cilantro
Directions

In a large saucepan, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer. Drain. Stir in beans, tomatoes and spices; bring to a boil.

Reduce heat; cover and simmer until heated through, 10-15 minutes. If desired, top with sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese and chopped cilantro.
