Cherry Mousse Recipe
- 1 tablespoon cherry gelatin powder
- 1 can (14-1/2 ounces) tart cherries, drained
- 1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1. In a bowl, combine gelatin powder and cherries; fold in the whipped topping. Serve immediately. Yield: 4 servings.
1/2 cup: 247 calories, 10g fat (9g saturated fat), 0 cholesterol, 15mg sodium, 35g carbohydrate (28g sugars, 1g fiber), 1g protein.
