Cheese-Topped Sloppy Joes

1 pound ground beef

2 celery ribs, chopped

1 tablespoon chopped onion

1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

1 tablespoon brown sugar

1/2 teaspoon ground mustard

3/4 cup ketchup

6 hamburger buns, split

6 slices Swiss cheese
Directions

In a large skillet, cook the beef, celery and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in the flour, brown sugar, mustard and ketchup.

Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve on buns with cheese.
