Celery Seed Vinaigrette Recipe

- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1-1/2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/8 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon grated onion
- Mixed salad greens
- 1. In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine the first eight ingredients; shake well. Serve over salad greens. Yield: about 1/4 cup.
