Cashew Butter Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy cashew butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

  • 1. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients. Roll level tablespoons into balls. Place on an ungreased baking sheet; flatten with a fork.
  • 2. Bake at 350° until edges are lightly browned, 15-18 minutes. Remove to a wire rack to cool.
