- 1/2 cup butter, cubed
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 3 teaspoons vanilla extract
- Frozen vanilla yogurt
- In a small saucepan, melt butter; stir in brown sugar. Cook and stir over medium heat for 3-4 minutes or until sugar is dissolved. Stir in cream. Cook and stir until mixture comes to a boil. Remove from the heat; stir in vanilla. Serve warm over yogurt. Yield: 1-1/2 cups.
