- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1-1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1-1/2 teaspoons white pepper
- 1-1/2 teaspoons pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Store in an airtight container in a cool dry place for up to 6 months. Yield: about 1/3 cup.
