Cajun Shrimp Potato Salad Recipe

I created this recipe myself and think you'll find it's the most unique potato salad you've ever tasted. With the addition of shrimp, it's practically hearty enough to be a main dish.

"Succulent shrimp, savory spuds, spicy (homemade) seafood seasoning...what's not to like?

Straightforward recipe, easy prep, great outcome.
I arranged an extra pound of shrimp decoratively over the top - very nice."
