Cajun Fries with Malt Vinegar Sauce
TOTAL TIME: Prep/Total Time: 30 min.
YIELD: 4 servings.
Five Guys' fries have tons of devotees—and for good reason. My family is partial to the Cajun fries, specifically, which are super easy to re-create at home with your own seasoning blend. Air-fried instead of deep-fried, this salty, smoky, subtly sweet recipe is better for you than the original but just as tasty! —Julie Peterson, Crofton, Maryland
