Butterscotch Dip

This gooey-good dip is an appealing addition to my yuletide fruit baskets. I just pour some into pint jars trimmed with Christmas ribbons and tuck them in with red and green apples.

Even though this didn't set up very well, it was VERY tasty. We served with fresh pears, apples and on top of warm cinnamon rolls for Christmas. It was a HUGE hit. My husband actually ate some in a bowl with a spoon.... that good!

This is both simple and delicious. Couldn't stop eating it! Will make it for the Holidays to give in gift baskets.
