Buttermilk Ice Cream Shake

- 3 cups chilled buttermilk
- 1/2 cup cold lemon juice
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon grated lemon zest
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream
- Dash ginger
- Combine all ingredients; blend or shake well. Serve with ginger.
