  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup chilled orange juice
  • 1/4 cup chilled unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice


  • 1. In a blender, combine all ingredients; cover and process until blended. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately. Yield: 2 servings.
