Ingredients: 1 broiler/fryer chicken (2-1/2 pounds). cut up; 1/2 cup butter; 1/3 cup lemon juice; 1 tablespoon paprika; 2 teaspoons salt; 1 teaspoon brown sugar; 1 teaspoon pepper; 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed; 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg; 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Ingredients

1 broiler/fryer chicken (2-1/2 pounds). cut up
1/2 cup butter
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon paprika
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Directions

Place chicken in an ungreased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish. Combine the remaining ingredients in a small saucepan; bring to a boil. Remove from the heat and pour over chicken. Bake, uncovered, at 325° for 1 to 1-1/4 hours or until juices run clear, basting occasionally.
