Brown Sugar Bacon BLT Sandwiches
TOTAL TIME: Prep: 15 min. Bake: 35 min.
YIELD: 2 servings.
Simple BLT sandwiches are quite amazing, but when you add dill mayonnaise, avocado and brown sugar bacon, they become something spectacular! Any lettuce will do for this recipe, but I love the texture and flavor of butter lettuce. Try mixing fresh herbs into the mayo too—chives, dill or basil would all be lovely. —Colleen Delawder, Herndon, Virginia
