- 6 tilapia fillets (6 ounces each)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon butter, softened
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh basil or 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon seafood seasoning
- Place fillets on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients; spread over fillets.
- Broil 3-4 in. from the heat for 10-12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Yield: 6 servings.

"My husband and I thought this was pretty tasty. We enjoyed the flavor of the topping, but for some reason I thought it would be almost a tad crispy. I had to take it out of the oven early, and lower it from the broiler because parts of the fish were getting done a lot quicker than other parts, and I didn't want it to over-cook. That was probably just because it wasn't a uniform thickness. For seafood seasoning I used Old Bay. I think it could have used a tad more of that. The lemon was a little forward, but it wasn't overwhelming. I think with a little extra Old Bay, it'll balance out. Decent recipe, I'd make this again."
