"Dad and I love moist and tender Broiled Ginger Chicken," she reports. "It's a snap to prepare, and the flavorful chicken breasts are also great in sandwiches or sliced thin and used as an appetizer."

This is one of our favorite chicken recipes! I'll also use this sauce on chicken pieces like thighs. First I bake the chicken until just about done, then top with the sauce and broil. Yum!

I used about an inch of fresh ginger, grated on a microplane grater, in place of the powdered ginger. I also used light mayo. Turned out great! Moist and delicious! My kids loved it.
