- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 2/3 cup chopped cucumber
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons chopped onion
- 3 tablespoons bacon bits
- Place all ingredients in a large bowl and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate until serving. Yield: 4 servings.
