  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons 2% milk
  • 2 cups seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1-1/2 pounds turkey breast cutlets
  • 1/2 cup butter, cubed


  • 1. In a shallow bowl, beat the eggs and milk. In another shallow bowl, combine bread crumbs and salt. Dip turkey slices in egg mixture, then coat with crumb mixture.
  • 2. In a large skillet, melt butter; brown turkey in batches 2 minutes on each side or until juices run clear. Yield: 6 servings.

"This is a good and flavorful treatment of turkey slices that is easy enough to train your child (or husband) on so they can make a basic meal for themselves. Half of the time, I slip in some grated parmesan cheese into the coating mixture for some variety."
