- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 3/4 cup sliced ripe olives, divided
- 4 tubes (13.8 ounces each) refrigerated pizza crust
- 2 large egg whites, lightly beaten
- 3 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese

"Cute idea! A delicious burrito made with pizza crust in place of tortilla. They were gobbled up! I shaved some prep time off by using a 'ghost' cookie cutter."
