- 1/3 cup orange marmalade
- 1 pint orange sherbet
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- In a saucepan, heat marmalade over low until melted; add blueberries. Spoon sherbet into individual dessert dishes. Top with marmalade mixture. Yield: 4 servings.
