Blueberries with Cake Topping Recipe
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1. Place the blueberries in a greased 8-in. square baking dish. In a small bowl, combine the flour, sugar, milk and butter until smooth.
- 2. Pour over blueberries. Bake at 375° for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack. Yield: 6-8 servings.
