Blender Salad Dressing Recipe
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1 medium onion, cut into wedges
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1. In a blender, combine all ingredients; cover and process until smooth. Store in the refrigerator. Yield: 2-3/4 cups.
