Blended Raspberry-Orange Twist

Here’s a drink that will get everyone talking. Kids go crazy for the sweet fruity flavor and Pop Rocks, while adults love the refreshing zing from raspberry sorbet and citrus juices. —Cathy Justus, Taylor, MI

  • Strawberry Pop Rocks Candy, finely crushed
  • Lime wedges
  • 3 pints raspberry sorbet
  • 6 cups orange juice
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • Sliced fresh pineapple or maraschino cherries, optional


  • Sprinkle candy on a plate. Using lime wedges, moisten the rims of glasses; dip rims in candy.
  • In a blender, cover and process sorbet and juices in batches for 15 seconds or until smooth. Pour into prepared glasses; garnish with pineapple if desired. Serve immediately.
