Blended Fruit Chiller

This smoothie is great any time of the day. I especially like to serve it when my kids are in a finicky mood. The fun garnish of thinly sliced pineapple and strawberries brightens their day. —Kirsten Gunderson, Ottawa, Ontario

The garnish in this recipe is a thin strip of pineapple (with the peel along one edge) that is wrapped around a strawberry. It is held together with a short skewer.Taste of Home Test Kitchen
