Black Bean Salad
Total TimePrep: 5 min. + chilling
- 2 cans (15 ounces each) black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1-1/2 cups salsa or pico de gallo
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley or cilantro
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Chill for 15 minutes.

This dip is PERFECT. I use it at Super Bowl parties, Lia Sophia parties, The Bachelor parties, and my Tupperware parties. They'll be coming back for more!!!Note: It costs me around 73 cents to make instead of the 43 as stated...Thanks Trump.

Easy and healthy recipe!! I used homemade pico in place of salsa and added some lime juice! Delicious!!!
